Sad day when I had to replace one of my 4 pillows from over 6 years ago. Best pillow I've ever bought. I just returned 2 Purple pillows that were a few dollars more and squished down to nothing when your head lays on them. These pillows have a lot of resistance and support like no other pillow on the market.

5 years ago I was suffering from neck, back pain and sleepless nights. My head was also getting hot. I had bought a tempur-pedic bed and though it helped it wasn't enough. Their pillows didn't help at all as they were too high, too stiff and many too hot. The same went with the many many pillows I tried and tried. Suddenly I came across Technogel. Despite the high price point, I decided to try the pillows with the low risk of amazon prime. First I had the Anatomic pillow and it was great. I sleep extremely comfortably, no more pain, sweat or sleepless nights. A few years ago, I came across the Contour pillow by Technogel. Made for side sleepers like me, I decided to purchase it and what I thought was already the best, became even better with this pillow.
Wish the price point wasn't as high, but its totally worth it. I have had this pillow for years and it still worked like day 1. I bought one for my wife and her neck pain is also gone.

I have a pinched nerve and have been going to a chiropractor for the first time. One of the things he asked about was my pillow, which was awful.
He then recommended I buy a cooling gel memory foam pillow which would support my neck and it costs about $50. I looked it up and there's no way I'm breathing chemicals from the Chinese made memory foam product for 8 hours a night.
Years ago I bought a toxic, chemical filled mattress that was made in China that made us all feel ill from the noxious smell. I had to return it because it was so bad. i learned that formaldehyde and other chemicals are allowed in Chinese memory foam products, but are not in US made.
So I did my research and discovered Technogel pillows which are made in Italy. I'm happy to pay 3x the price for a quality Italian made product. I LOVE this pillow! Even after just the first night, it made a difference. It supports my head and neck like no other pillow I've used. It has a cooling side which is good for my pinched nerve in my neck and if I don't want the cool gel, I can turn it over and use the other side. I purchased the Medium pillow which is perfect for me, but there are two other sizes available.
Best of all, unlike reviews on the other $50 pillow complaining about a chemical odor, there is NO ODOR emanating from this pillow, whatsoever.
It also comes with a soft , washable pillowcase.I just LOVE this pillow.
Highly recommended, especially for anyone with head, neck or spine issues.

I was really unsure of paying this much for a pillow but I liked it so much I came back and bought one for my husband. I've looked for a long time for a pillow with just the right firmness without being too firm. He's looked for a long time for the right thinness..this is it! The cooling gel technology is awesome and really does work. I have bought knock offs and they did NOT match up at all to this one. I hope for the price it will be in for the long haul!

I now gone through 8 mattresses. Serta, Tempur-pedic, the best of the best. What I should have done is gone straight for the Technogel because, as my friends have pointed out, it's the only mattress I've yet to find fault. I have been using it for two years and its been great! That unique design. The elevated side lofts encourage you to stay on your back so you can alleviate shoulder pressure when rolling to a side.

I have owned my mattress for about 90 days now and I can report that it is without a doubt worth every penny. It weighs as much as a car, but it is extremely comfortable and it sleeps so much cooler than the memory foam mattresses I have had in the past. It is also better than my sleep number that sprung a leak and drove me bananas. If I want to roll over, it doesn't fight me either like the other mattresses. We just did a standard king without the adjustable base and I am still Happy. This mattress is the best imo and I just wanted to pop on here and let other people know it is fantastic.

I love this mattress. I was 9 months pregnant when we first got the Estasi and immediately noticed my hip pain diminishing. Three months later, I'm happily sleeping on my belly and side again and could not be more pleased with the comfort this mattress provides. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I love this mattress, I love this company even more. Due to a spinal cord injury, I was only getting 4-5 hours of solid sleep. With my gel bed that has increased to 6-7 hours. I gave a four rating because of the massage feature. It's loud on higher settings and the massage vibration is not that smooth at higher settings. NOTE FROM TECHNOGEL - This review references an adjustable base as the reason for a 4-star rating. Technogel does not make an adjustable base, it was purchased separately by the consumer.

I recently replaced my tired Technogel Anatomic pillow with the VIVE Anatomic. What a lovely pillow. Like the Anatomic, it supports my neck and cradles my head on a firm yet resilient surface. I very much appreciate the extra cooling gel of the VIVE line. If I wake up and the gel has become warm from the heat of my face and head, I can just scoot over a bit and once again drift off in coolness. The contour shape seems to provide more surface area for my head than the Original Anatomic did. This pillow was replacing my technogel lab series back sleeper pillow, after 4 years. I’m a side sleeper with narrow shoulders and long neck- w/ inevitable neck/shoulder pain. The back sleeper came about after an in-store fitting & was amazing. This time I wanted to try the side sleeper in same size (standard 4.5”). I saw this product first at Medtrade in Atlanta, I didn't bite due to the high cost. However, after going through multiple contour pillows and not finding one that works, I took the plunge. This is simply an amazing pillow. I woke up this morning feeling fantastic with no neck pain whatsoever!

Honestly I saw the price and I'm not one to spend that much on a pillow unless it's a particular brand name that I will not mention. My chiropractor recommended this pillow due to my neck pain and poor sleeping habits. This pillow stays cools and I prefer to sleep on my back with this pillow which is actually comfortable using this pillow. I don't wake up sore since using this pillow.
I do highly recommend to air out the pillow for at least 24-48 hrs to allow the chemical smell and pillow to rise to full size.
I do plan to purchase another, but looking to check for a travel sized. If not, I'll carry this heavy pillow with me.

I had severe neck pain from a whiplash I incurred a few years ago. For 6 months I was in excruciating pain. Until I got this pillow. Within a couple of weeks my neck pain was gone. It’s been a few months since then, and the pain did not come back. I am never sleeping on any other pillow in my life, unless I’m traveling (of course).

I purchased a couple of these back in 2013 and at the time they were by far the only pillows that ever were cool to touch and remained cool for quite a time when sleeping. With any other pillow I would flip the pillow over and over all night long. Now these will get warm after sleeping on the same spot for a while but compared to anything else I have ever tried they are still the coldest to start and remain the coldest the longest. Due to the price I'm always trying other types of "cooling" pillows It's 5 years later and both me and my wife are still using our 2013 technogels.
Now I see reviews mentioning how thin these are and I do raise the head of my bed about 2"s (just a little) and both me and my wife use a slim goose down pillow underneath, so as side sleepers I'd have to agree these pillows are not enough by themselves.
The most recent pillow I tried was a breeze pillow costing similar, the 1st night I found it retained much more heat and I swapped it for my 5 yr old technogel in the middle of the night because I was having trouble sleeping on it.
I want to try the vive, but not at that price point, I really don't like the price point for this pillow but until someone comes along with a cooler pillow for less this is the best out there (for coolness)

Tried these at sit n sleep and loved them. Went on amazon and I bought two. Which I now I regret since no returns. I should’ve bought a king size. Because rolling around and making sure I stay on the pillow is quite annoying. I’ve only had the pillow for a week. And it’s not eligible for return.

I must say, this pillow truly is comfortable! My first night using it, I slept well. We recently got a new king size Tempurpedic bed which was the first step to my good nights sleep, all that was missing was a good pillow. The curve in the pillow conforms to my neck perfectly and offers great support. It’s not too soft or too hard, but just right. I’ve actually had a full night’s sleep without waking up until morning while using this pillow! It’s covered with a 100% cotton cover, because of this and my pillow case I don’t really notice the cooling effect of the Technogel, but that doesn’t really bother me.
So, do I always get a good nights sleep? Unfortunately not. I can’t blame it on my bed or pillow anymore though, now the only problem is my two year old who loves to climb in our bed in the middle of the night. Yes, it’s a big bed, but she takes up half of it, and she loves to kick me in her sleep! Next step, keep the little one out of my bed, than maybe, just maybe, I’ll always get the perfect nights sleep.

The first night I tried the petite pillow in between my knees for proper alignment and the deluxe pillow under my head. I started on my right side. I usually switch between my side and back all throughout the night. I woke up the next morning and was shocked to realize that I had stayed in that same position the whole night! I never do that! I was so comfortable that my body didn't need to toss and turn all night. I woke up feeling so refreshed and my neck finally did not hurt! The technogel pillow also kept my head cool and comfortable all night long. I have been so excited that I finally found the perfect pillow that I went the next day and bought my husband and three kids their own technogel pillows, cause I want us to all have amazing sleep. It's so much more important than we all realize and we spend a lot more time sleeping than anything else, so it's definitely worth the money to me. The cool sensation I get From the technogel when I lay down on my Estasi+ Queen Mattress is so nice, and like no other bed I have ever laid on.. The entire mattress is really comfortable. So comfortable i regret having to get out of bed in the morning. I feel the mattress provides my back with perfect support. In the almost one year I have owned this mattress I have not detected any decrease in the comfort or support, which I am hoping stays the same for many years to come. I liked the Technogel so much i also purchased two Bed pillows and two seat cushions. (If you want to feel the maximum amount of coolness from the Technogel, you can remove the Factory-provided cover, which I did. I then put my own cover .on. We liked that it was latex and not memory foam, so you don't get that sinking feeling. the gel technology sold us, because we tend to get warm during the night and know how traditional foam beds can trap heat. The gel keeps the mattress at a cool temperature all through the night. I have owned the mattress for 2 months now and I have never woke up feeling hot. We plan on getting an adjustable base for it in the future.

I had the original version of this pillow in 2012 and it was amazing but it didnt last that long. It did state to not have another pillow on top of it as the friction would wear it down much faster, that was my mistake. I never wanted to spend the money again thinking it would only last a few months maybe a year. I have been chasing the pillow dream ever since and the only thing that came close to waking up pain free was the original purple pillow. That is a good option except its heavy and if you like to sleep with an arm under your pillow it won't really work with it. So now I get the technogel pillow once again and the first night of sleep was amazing! I didn't wake up all night tossing and turning and adjusting my pillow. I slept like a baby and woke up with no pain in my neck. Only time will tell how long this one will last as it does seem updated over the original one (has holes in the memory foam part for air flow). Honestly if this pillow only lasts a year I'll keep buying them as nothing compares. Pain free, great sleep for the cost of 1 nice dinner for two at a decent restaurant, I'm sold.
